We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all Belgium and EU orders over €35 (excluding taxes).
All orders are shipped from Belgium and transacted in Euros.

Pre-Order & Back-Ordered Items:

If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship them as soon as they are available. Orders may arrive in multiple packages. For international orders, we may hold the full order until all items are ready. For questions, contact our support.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM CET (Monday–Friday) start processing the same day.
  • Standard processing time is 1 business day.
  • Orders with restricted items (e.g., sprays, pressurized products) must ship via standard ground shipping.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using DHL Express and DHL eCommerce. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and destination country. Duties, taxes, and fees are included for your convenience.

All orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding Belgium public holidays.
