Bought it, tried it, didn’t love it? Send it back. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. Returns are processed once we receive the product, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method (excluding original shipping charges). Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

– When you return your order within 14 days of delivery, you will receive a refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).

– Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after 14 days.

Here’s how to return or exchange your item(s)

Fill out the return or exchange request using your order details. Place the completed request along with your item(s) in the original packaging, or any secure, well-padded box.
Create and print your return shipping label, then attach it securely to the package.
Seal the package and drop it off at your nearest postal service point.

Once your return has been shipped, you can track it easily. You’ll receive an email confirmation once we receive your package and begin processing your return.

For international orders

Unfortunately, we can’t offer merchandise exchanges on international orders. Only refunds to the original form of payment are available.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. We will process your return once we receive it, and refunds will be issued for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges and any additional fees. In some cases, you may be eligible to recover duties and taxes from your local customs office—please contact them directly for more information. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
